We Review — You Pay Later

We check that you have the right points for your trip to be realistic. If it looks good, we reach out and send you a payment link. No payment until we say it's worth it.

We Search. You Book.

Once you've paid, we get to work. When we find a strong option, we send you clear step-by-step instructions on exactly how to book it yourself.

Set the Right Expectations

Award Redemptions Are Hard to Find.

We're good at this. But we'll never promise something we can't deliver. Here's what you should know before you apply.

  • Award space is scarce. Finding a great redemption takes patience, not just effort.
  • Some routes have almost no availability. We'll tell you upfront if your trip is a long shot.
  • Flexibility on dates dramatically improves your chances. The more flexible, the better.
  • Award seats often open up closer to the departure date. If you can stay patient and flexible, your chances improve significantly.
  • Sometimes the best option comes weeks or months later. We can set alerts and monitor for you.
  • We find the option. You transfer the points and book it. We walk you through every step.
